Meet our Director
Rataucha Heard, Executive Director
As a clinician and supervisor, I am dedicated to guiding emerging professionals through the transformative process of becoming confident, ethical, and reflective practitioners. With extensive experience in mental health, trauma recovery, and substance use treatment, I provide a supportive and structured space where interns and clinicians can explore their clinical identity and professional growth.
My supervision and training approach blend trauma-informed care, addiction expertise, and relational development. I believe that supervision is more than oversight—it’s a partnership grounded in curiosity, transparency, and self-reflection. Together, we explore your strengths, your challenges, and the “why” behind your clinical decisions, building competence and confidence for independent practice.

Our Therapy Styles
We meet you where you are, not where anyone thinks you "should" be.
We integrate several therapy styles in order to provide you the tools necessary for sustainable mental health:
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. It helps individuals develop practical strategies to manage challenges, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier responses to everyday situations.
